RBR50 for ADR

We’re thrilled to have a Robotics Australia Member recognised as one of the top 50 robotics companies in the world!

Australian Droid + Robot (ADR) has been named one of the top 50 robotics companies in the world by the Robotics Business Review. The company was recognized for its environmental innovation, including its use of robots to inspect dangerous caves and assess vulnerable bat colonies.

ADR’s Explora robot was sent into old workings and caves in Australia’s Pilbara region that were too dangerous for humans to explore. The robot’s onboard sensors and payload capabilities enabled it to capture data despite challenging terrain and low visibility.

ADR’s work is helping to make a positive impact on the environment and we’re proud to be recognized for our efforts. We’re committed to continuing to develop innovative solutions that can help to protect our planet.

A big thank you to Rio Tinto for making this innovation possible and thank you to Robotics Business Review for this recognition.

Thank you to all our supporters that help us continue to grow including Artesian (Alternative Investments), OSG Australia, Robotics Australia Group, Andrew Scott, OZ Minerals and many more!
