The UTS Robotics Society is proud to host the 2025 Robotics Industry Night on Thursday, 16th October 2025 at the University of Technology Sydney’s Ultimo campus (venue details to be confirmed). This flagship event will connect leading companies in robotics with the next generation of innovators and leaders, offering a platform for collaboration, networking, and knowledge sharing.

The evening will feature student engagement through company stalls, stage presentations, and a moderated industry Q&A panel, with complimentary food and refreshments provided for all attendees. Running from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, the event is designed to foster meaningful connections between industry and academia.

Sponsorship opportunities are available at four levels. Platinum sponsors ($600 with stage time or $500 without) enjoy the most extensive benefits, including ten minutes of stage time, participation in the Q&A, first choice of stall location, exclusive social media promotion, and a featured interview. Gold sponsors ($350 with stage time or $300 without) receive five minutes of stage time, Q&A participation, second-round stall selection, and dedicated social media coverage. Silver sponsors ($150) benefit from Q&A participation, third-round stall selection, and inclusion in event promotions, while Bronze sponsors ($100) receive stall access and guaranteed logo placement in all event marketing.
