Event Overview
This six-week online workshop gives participants a practical introduction to KPI Management and how to define, structure and apply meaningful performance measures. The series moves from core concepts and common failure points into practical application: deriving KPIs from critical success factors, aligning measures across teams, distinguishing useful from ineffective metrics, and building a KPI deployment plan using the PDCA framework. Participants should leave with clearer performance visibility, stronger decision-making routines, and a practical plan they can adapt to their own organisation.
