Therefore, safeguards are essential to protect workers from injury and also meet legal obligations as per the state based legislation.In this presentation, Pilz will introduce "AS/NZS 4024.1201 General principles for design—Risk assessment and risk reduction" and the process for risk assessment it gives us, as well as what should be done in the next steps if risk is identified to be inadequately controller.Participants will learn:*The purpose of a risk assessment for machinery;*Standards to be utilised when performing a risk assessment on machinery;*The basic process for performing a risk assessment on machinery; and*Things to look for when performing a risk assessment on machinery.The webinar is at 12 PM AEDT and will run for roughly 45 minutes, so grab some lunch and join in.
