VIC Networking Dinner: Leading Operational Excellence in Turbulent Times, an in-person networking event to be held at the Holiday Inn Dandenong, 50–52 McCrae Street, Dandenong, on Thursday, 19 February 2026, from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Event fees are $44 for AME Members and AME Alliance Partners, and $66 for non-members. Dinner is included, with drinks available for purchase at participants’ own expense.

The session will be facilitated by Steven McInnes, Director of Pique Global, a specialist leadership consultancy working with global and local organisations across a range of industry sectors. The interactive discussion will focus on leading effectively in turbulent times, particularly within the manufacturing sector. Attendees will gain insights into leadership priorities during uncertainty, a four-part strategy for leadership capability development, building resilience, and identifying areas where their leadership journey is being challenged.
