Most AI training teaches you how to use the technology — better prompts, faster drafts, more efficient content. This workshop takes a different approach.

Designed for leaders and managers, this six-session online series helps you move beyond using AI for quick answers and start using it as a disciplined thinking partner. You will learn how to integrate AI into real management work: structured problem-solving, KPI diagnosis, decision preparation, standard work improvement, and strategic exploration.

The goal is not simply faster output. It is better thinking, sharper reasoning, and stronger decisions.

What you will learn

  • The shift from using AI for answers to thinking with AI for better judgement
  • How to integrate AI into core management practices including A3 thinking, KPI analysis, and decision preparation
  • How to create system messages that align AI responses with your business context
  • How to use AI to challenge assumptions, surface blind spots, and test your thinking
  • When AI sharpens reasoning — and when it gets in the way
  • How to build a sustainable practice of AI-assisted management thinking

Format
Six live sessions via Zoom, each following a 15-minute flow of theory, practical application, and reflection. Includes exercises, session recordings, key point charts, playbooks, LMS access, and a Certificate of Completion.

Who should attend
Business leaders, senior and mid-level managers, CI and Lean practitioners, strategy and transformation professionals, and anyone responsible for KPI analysis, daily management, or operational decision-making.

Sessions run Wednesdays: 29 July, 5, 12, 26 August, 2, 9 September 2026
Live online via Zoom
